DIY Silhouettes straight from your phone! 📱 I DIY Silhouettes straight from your phone! 📱 I was so happy with how these turned out and will take about 5 minutes 👏🏻 1. Take pic of child’s profile with a blank wall behind. (Girl moms, you may want to give them some sort of ponytail, if their hair is down it can look like a big blob once it’s darkened) 2. Open the Canva app 3. Click the purple plus ➡️ custom size ➡️ 8x10 (or whatever size your doing) 4. Upload your picture and stretch to fit 5. Click on the image ➡️ click BG Remover (you do have to have Canva pro for this but you can do a free trial) 6. Click on the image ➡️ click Duotone and pick any color 7. Click on a circle and drag the color to the bottom right to change it to black (do this twice, once for each circle) 8. Use BG remover again to tidy up flyaways 9. Save image as PNG to your camera roll 10. Print and Frame! These make me happy when I walk by them and see them everyday so I’ll call that a DIY win! Emphasis on the “try” 😉 small wins count 😆 Needing to close some tabs in your brain from all the things going on at the same time? Bc same…when all else fails, through it in a basket. These three are helping me “contain the chaos” a bit and let my brain shut down on part of that revolving door or stuff. 1. Sports basket- so much stuff 😅 I was keeping my girls sports stuff in their rooms but it never failed, I was always running around looking for one last shin guard 20 minutes before the game. Now I’m keeping every bit of their sports stuff in one basket in the kitchen and it’s crazy how much it helps! 2. Too small/donate- everyone has a basket in their closet and if the kids are getting dressed and find something is too small, they toss it in the basket. Helps so much with cleaning out their closets! 3. Returns- I don’t know about you, but we seem to always have something that’s going back to Amazon. Once a week I check this basket, put the entire thing in my car and head to ups. 😆 If you’ve got any game changing tips that are helping you stay organized, share below!👇🏼
